I am professionally trained with the right education, experience and resources to give you the best, most up to date information regarding fertility, pregnancy, physiological birth, labor, childbirth, loss and beyond. From education, to procedures, interventions, medications, and so much more. I can cover all the bases without you or your partner scrambling to find the best unbiased resources at the last minute. I strive to take the stress, worry and anxiety out of your labor in any outcome.

Physical Support

Physically I am here to provide you support however you need it prenatally, during labor and postpartum. 

I come equipped with two powerful, loving hands and a doula bag full of goodies to help ease you through an unmedicated labor. 

I am able to help you with positions through your pregnancy and labor (medicated or unmedicated) to alleviate discomfort and help achieve optimal positioning for you and baby to work most effectively together.

Emotional Support 

I am here to support you and help you process previous birth trauma, perinatal mood disorders, or the typical day to day stresses, anxieties or inconveniences. I'm here to walk with you on your journey through any obstacles that may come into your path. With my own unique personal experiences I feel equipped to be what you need in any scenario.
