Lactation Education Class $130

2-3 hour prenatal lactation class. This is a personal one on one (in home) class.

I am here to educate and answer any questions/discuss any concerns you may have on your upcoming lactation journey! 

We discuss your goals and how you may achieve them!

Full educational class covering colostrum, milk production, positions, common concerns, common issues, oral ties, expectations, infant feeding cues, myths vs realities, pumping, milk storage, boosting confidence and more! 

1-2 hour (in hospital or home)postpartum lactation appointment.

I am here to assist you with any questions and discuss any concerns you may have! 

Having trouble getting a latch? Feel you're not producing enough? Experiencing pain or other issues? 

Baby still seems hungry? Partner feeling left out or useless? Each consult is custom tailored to your needs.

I work with you to create a realistic goal plan to make your breastfeeding journey last.

1-2 hour (in home) pumping education.

We discuss your goals and how you may achieve them! 

Feeling overwhelmed with the idea of needing to pump while you're at work? Not sure where/when to start or how? Not sure how to properly store milk or how much you may need?  

We cover all of this and more as well as create a realistic goal plan to make your return to work less stressful.
